Albion House Bakery is set in the little village of Cross in Hand near Heathfield, East Sussex. It was purpose built in 1904 and has remained a Bakery ever since. True to it's original set up, all of our bread, cakes, filled rolls, sandwiches, sausage rolls and Cornish pasties are made freshly on site every morning. We also produce our own small range of Organic breads.
